Dr. John Garcia has been practicing medicine in Odessa since 1996, when he graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center at Odessa.  He is originally from Burnet, Texas and graduated from Angelo State University. He then entered medical school at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, graduating in 1993.

He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Texas Tech Health Science Center at Odessa in 1996. Since then he has continually practiced medicine in Odessa.
