UPDATE:  WE are administering Moderna vaccines/boosters on Thursday afternoons.  Weusually begin about 1:30 PM

Call 432-582-0300 to make an appointment. We are located at 2453 East 11th Street in Odessa.

There is no charge for either the administration or the vaccine itself. If you are an established patient just call and make an appointment.  If you are new to the practice and have insurance, bring your insurance card at the time of your appointment.

IF YOU ARE UNINSURED, THERE IS STILL  NO CHARGE FOR THE VACCINE.

The Moderna vaccine is a two shot vaccine. You will need a 2nd dose in four weeks. Your appointment will be made for you at the time of your first shot.

If you would like a booster dose, be aware the the 3rd dose should be 6 months or more after your second dose for Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. If you received a Johnson & Johnson vaccine, the booster sshould be two months after your single J&J shot.
